DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, assist ED with all financial monthly and annual budgetary responsibilities, work with audit team, provide financial information to the BOD monthly. Create invoices for AR, Bill customers and receive pay through QuickBooks(QB)
· Review and approve DDS attendance monthly- bill including FI/IOF
· Reconcile DDS income monthly by entering into QB
· Assist ED with budget controls
· Maintain business accounts/contracts
· Review and payout reconciled petty cash monthly
· Assist ED with audits, DDS financial reporting and State and Federal reporting
· Work with ED to ensure we are capturing our maximum payments for services provided
· Continue to streamline QB online
· Reconcile bank accounts monthly
· Accounts payable functions including entering into QB, discussing amounts due/payable with ED and processing payments, proper allocation of payments by class
· Receive/allocate AR funds upon receipt and deposit, update QB
· Assist ED with profit and loss by class
· Create monthly statements for finance and BoD
· Enter payroll into QB
· Assist ED and auditors with Annual Report, State single audit and 990’s
· Pay consignment vendors monthly
· Input sales revenue into QB and deposit funds
· Complete all banking for OWC
· Record in-kind donations and disposals
· Process business filings with the State including sales tax and Comptroller
· Learn and follow all agency and financial policies and procedures
· Be a member of the Finance Committee
· Maintain appropriate communications with OWC Directors, staff and business contacts
· Attend all meetings and trainings as required
· Be a team player
· Be involved with OWC fundraising events
· Follow safety and emergency procedures for agency and industry
· Perform other duties as assigned or as they arise
Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:
· Accounting degree preferred.
· Must be reliable, dependable, flexible with your hours.
· A vast working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
· Knowledge in accrual-based accounting
· Knowledge and experience with State Audits and budgets
· Must be loyal to OWC and the Executive Director
· Must have good written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to carry a minimum of 20 pounds
