Job Description : The ideal candidate is a proven VP of Sales or CSO with a strong track record in the HCM industry, including experience managing multiple sales teams. Requirements : 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within the HCM, Payroll, or HR Tech industry, including experience at both enterprise-level organizations and smaller, high-growth companies. Proven ability to lead sales teams to achieve consistent, profitable revenue growth, ideally within a recurring revenue business model. Deep understanding of B2B sales, demand generation, outbound prospecting, and referral/partner-based revenue strategies. Location: This is a hybrid position where ideal candidates will be based in the Greater New England area with the ability to meet with customers and partners 3x/month in the Greater Boston market. Flexible for the right candidate based outside of the market with the ability to get to Boston 1x/month.
