Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Administrative Assistant at Ahmad & Nolan Defense in Milwaukee, WI. The Legal Administrative Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as answering new and existing client phone calls, creating files for new clients, generating retainer agreements, uploading and reviewing discovery materials in the form of police reports and audio/video recordings, ordering office supplies, keeping the firm organized and operational, calendaring, and communicating with the court when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have at a minimum, several years of experience in a law firm setting. Familiarity of criminal procedure is preferred, but not required. Any skills in a foreign language are a plus. A client centered and friendly demeanor is also important.
