Bond Vet is on a mission to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care. We offer primary and urgent care, so we’re there for pets when they need us most. Our clinics are designed with pets and people in mind: warm, friendly, and highly sniffable. We balance this design with a strong focus on technology, all built in-house, which means we can easily innovate our systems to improve the veterinary team, pet, and client experience. About the Role: Bond Vet is redefining veterinary care with a modern approach to urgent and primary care, and we’re seeking a passionate and driven Community Marketing Associate to lead local marketing efforts across assigned territories. This is a highly mobile, field-based role designed for someone who thrives in their community and enjoys building relationships face-to-face. The ideal candidate will be in the field most of the week, visiting Bond Vet clinics, attending local events, and cultivating hyper-local partnerships to drive brand awareness and clinic growth. Candidates must have access to a car, be comfortable with weekly travel (60–70%), and live within proximity to their assigned region. What You’ll Do: Serve as the face of Bond Vet in local markets—visiting clinics weekly and ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement in the community. Build and nurture partnerships with local businesses, pet-friendly apartments, schools, and community groups. Plan and execute grassroots marketing initiatives including community events, pop-ups, adoption events, and open houses. Represent Bond Vet at external events—staffing tables, engaging attendees, and driving foot traffic to nearby clinics. Create social media content from in-market activities and stay on top of local trends and opportunities to engage. Monitor and manage the inventory of promotional materials and retail items across clinics and regional storage units. When applicable, support our clinic launch function with local field marketing efforts, including flyer drops, signage placement, and event support. Track, analyze, and report on outreach and event effectiveness, offering recommendations for improvement. Regularly collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align clinic needs with field efforts. Lead the logistics and planning for your own event presence and partnerships in target markets. You Are: Outgoing, people-oriented, and energized by face-to-face engagement. Highly organized and self-directed with strong project and time management skills. Experienced in event execution, community engagement, or field marketing. A confident communicator who can represent Bond Vet’s brand and values with ease. Creative, flexible, and excited about working in a high-growth, startup environment. Comfortable with frequent travel, have a reliable vehicle, and able to lift/move event materials as needed. A pet lover with a genuine enthusiasm for improving veterinary care. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in community outreach, partner marketing, event planning, or retail marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Creative thinker with a passion for developing impactful marketing strategies. Proactive and collaborative team player with a resourceful mindset. Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 Employment with Bond Vet is contingent upon the Company's completion of a satisfactory investigation of your background. At Bond Vet, we’re proud to be vet founded and vet led. We are on a mission to enhance the human-animal bond through innovative urgent and primary care combined with seasoned expertise, friendliness, and compassion. Our clinics combine modern design, seamless technology, and a collaborative culture. We believe veterinary professionals deserve a career they love, not just a job.
