Job Description

Let's talk! LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an exceptional candidate for a Patient Advocate position with one of our healthcare partners for a contract opportunity based in San Francisco, CA!

Responsibilities

  • Investigate complex patient and family complaints involving care quality, provider conduct, policy adherence, and potential liability.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff, leadership, Legal, and Risk Management to resolve grievances and address medical-legal concerns.
  • Provide crisis intervention, mediation, and facilitate case conferences to drive resolution and quality improvement.
  • Conduct thorough case reviews, including interviews, medical record analysis, and policy evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation and internal grievance policies.
  • Maintain timely documentation and manage a high-volume caseload while prioritizing transparency and resolution.




Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in patient advocacy, grievances, or appeals required .
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent in experience required .
  • Strong technical and analytical experience required .

Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM M-F

Job Type: 3-month contract with potential to extend & Full-time (40 hrs/wk)

Pay Details: $39.00 per hour
