We are currently seeking a Full-time Patient Advocate to join our team .
Under the direction of the CEO, Serves as the
Patient Advocate for Fairmount Behavioral Health. The patient advocate will coordinate the investigation, resolution, documentation, and reporting of all grievances received from patients, guardians of family members, as appropriate, to complainants, staff, management, and leadership. The patient advocate collaborates with departmental leaders to ensure resolution of concerns presented.

Qualifications - Education: Master's degree. Clinical, concentrations preferred.
- Experience: Prefer 2 years working in Behavioral Health. Knowledge of patient advocate role and function.
