Duration: 9 month contract (extensions possible)

Location: Reedsville, PA 17084

Pay Rate: $50-55/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in a similar product engineering role
• R&D Engineer, Test Industrialization Engineer, Test Development Engineer
• Test documentation experience and validation of testing protocols
• Background in a highly regulated/FDA industry

Plusses:

• C# and SQL
• Experience interacting with international groups/teams in different time zones
• Medical Device/Pharmaceutical domain experience

Day-to-Day : A large medical device manufacturing client is looking for a Test Development Engineer to join the R&D Team. Due to recent economic and internal changes, the R&D team is conducting testing and product transfers with their international team. This engineer will be responsible for the packaging of testing tools and databases, build up incoming tool packages, and qualify the testing tools through newly standardized validation processes. Responsibilities include the following:

• Test Tool Transfer: Working on the test floor, identifying what tools are being used, executing inventory, compiling drawings and specifications of tools, and packaging this information to send to international teams
• Database Transfer: Navigate through a SQL database, identify testing parameters that need to be pulled, package and send to international peers
• Quality and Documentation: Verifying the quality of testing processes and documenting all testing protocols against new validation standards for test equipment
