Job Title: YouTube SEO Specialist Experience Level: 1–5 years Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST Location Options: Vienna, VA Winchester, VA Pensacola, FL Project Overview You will be optimizing existing videos on Navy Federal’s YouTube channel. The main objectives are to: Improve discoverability and rankings Increase viewer engagement Create a repeatable SEO strategy Key Responsibilities Keyword Research: Identify high-traffic, relevant keywords for Navy Federal’s existing YouTube content. Content Optimization: Revise video titles, descriptions, tags, and in-video content based on SEO best practices. Thumbnail Creation: Design custom thumbnails that are visually appealing and align with search trends. Data Analysis: Use YouTube Analytics and other tools to track video performance and adjust strategies accordingly. SEO Guidelines Development: Document and propose ongoing best practices based on optimization insights and performance.
