Join a high-impact initiative within the CFO Modernization program, focused on transforming Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) operations. This role is responsible for delivering the first end-to-end PL3 process view of a major FP&A workstream, serving as a model for future modernization across multiple lines of business (LOBs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process mapping efforts using ARIS to visualize, optimize, and integrate FP&A workflows into a cohesive end-to-end PL3 (process level 3) model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with modernization goals.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within finance, accounting, and FP&A functions.
• Support finalization of individual process maps and consolidate them into a unified, strategic process view.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in process mapping, ideally using ARIS or similar enterprise process modeling tools.
• Strong background in financial services or corporate finance/accounting environments.
• Demonstrated ability in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate complex finance processes into clear visuals and documentation.

Role is onsite in San Antonio. Must reside in San Antonio - relocation is not offered. Sponsorship is not available.
